Should an item arrive in damaged condition or you have any other issue what so ever please contact us right away on info@relentlessgolf.co.uk.

We will endeavour to dispatch a replacement to you the same day or a full or partial credit will be issued depending on the nature of the issue.

Photographic evidence may be requested.

If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return it to within 30 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our standard policy is to provide you with a replacement, so please inform us if instead you would prefer a refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the amount of days the card processing company allows.
